Grading and Leveling

Grading

If water does not drain properly away from your home, or if you are building a structure or creating new landscape elements, grading is necessary to prepare the land for your project.

Leveling

Having a perfectly level base for the foundations of your house is obviously quite important. Leveling will also be carried out on any other areas that need to be level (e.g. paths, driveways etc.).
